Smith’s Addressing Machine Services, Inc. was established in 1971 and expanded over the years as a result of our focus on developing customer relationships and commitment to service. The company is headquartered in Garner, NC with branch offices in Greenville, SC, Roanoke, VA, Charleston, WV, Greensboro, NC and Knoxville, TN. As a factory authorized dealer for the Southeast region of the United States, we serve customers in: North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Virginia, West Virginia, Tennessee and Kentucky.

Whether it’s providing factory authorized service and technical support for installation, onsite service, and preventive maintenance--or personalized consultation services by our sales team, our success is derived from the success of our customers. As part of our comprehensive service commitment to our customers, we offer
an in-house service bureau for Photo IDs, plastic membership cards and embossed
plastic cards and metal tags. In addition, we stock an extensive inventory
of parts, imprinters and photo ID supplies and accessories.
